3. Bookings and Payments

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Prairie Bridge. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

Payment Terms

Payment requirements vary by service type. Specific payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cooking Classes and Workshops

• Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice: full refund or credit for future class
• Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice: no refund, but may be transferred to another person
• No-shows: no refund

Private Chef and Catering Services

• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice: full refund minus any incurred costs
• Cancellations with 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
• Cancellations with less than 7 days notice: no refund

Cancellation by Prairie Bridge

If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of Prairie Bridge or our content providers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. User Conduct

When using our website or participating in our services, you agree not to:
